I actually mean, set yourself up for excellence. Excellence is whatever you have on autopilot. The kind of experience you have grown accustomed to based on your decision and exposure.
You already know how to succeed…you see! The ability to sustain any experience, whether positive or negative, is the neutral capacity we all have that can either create success or failure.
But here is what you need to know: In order to put success on autopilot, you have to understand the psychology of excellence. Excellence is a function of state. You have the capacity to do anything as long as you know how to put yourself in state for it.
Peak state is what leads to peak performance. You have to DELIBERATELY put into your mind what you want to manifest.
Mind is a mechanism for excellence. It keeps expanding the space for whatever you put into it. Whether good or bad. Mind does not know good or bad; ONLY the Spirit does. While the spirit of man can discriminate between good and bad, mind only takes any given content and expands it, making it a reality in the physical plane.
So, your mind is not at fault when you constantly get results you detest. The truth of the matter is that you only detest the end product not the process leading to the product. If you want to change your result, change what you expose your mind to.
Take yourself away from all the kinds of friendship that perpetuate failure…the environment that sponsors mediocrity…the media that inundates your mind with confusion, anxiety and all kinds of filth…the thoughts that conspires with limitations.
How then do I enter peak state?
To enter peak state…
1. I must know what I want.
2. Block out information, opinions, norms and traditions that. contradicts what I want
3. Submit to the discipline of where I’m going.
4. Address my destination in the present tense e.g. I am so happy and grateful now that I have relationships that nurture my potential and gives me the best reward for all my contributions in life…
Once you’re in peak state, you can’t escape the result: EXCELLENCE
